Charles Beard received his master’s degree in Human Resource Education from Louisiana State University. He previously worked as a graduate assistant for Dr. Ed Holton in the School of Human Resource Education and Workforce Development. His teaching focuses on leadership development, needs assessment, and delivering human performance interventions within organizations.
