To cancel your on-campus housing, complete the form below. This form is the only way LSU Residential Life will accept cancellations.
Students who cancel with LSU Admissions must also cancel with the Department of Residential Life.
Any refund or penalty associated with cancellation will go by the date and time this cancellation form is submitted and will be administered through your university student account. Please review the housing contract and cancellation fee schedule for details on cancellation timelines, refunds, and penalties.
After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation notice. Please retain that notice for your records, as well as your confirmation email once your request has been processed.
