Shuttle Request Form (Parking & Transportation Services)

All shuttle requests submitted through Parking & Transportation Services must be completed a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the event date.

  • PTS Shuttle rates are $65.00 per hour – charges begin with a 30-minute pre-inspection charge until the event ends (when bus arrives back at the PTS Office). There is a minimum charge of four (4) hours per shuttle. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid charges. Charges are subject to change.
