There are three plans for employee parking.

A PLAN This parking plan is limited to A or X lots (see map and regulations for exact locations). The cost for this plan is $60 per year and can be payroll deducted. New employees may have to pay a couple of months in advance before parking payroll deductions can be started. A plan does not allow driving on restricted streets between 7 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. A plan permit holders may park in A or X lots within student zones.

B PLAN This plan allows for unreserved spaces in the center of campus. These areas are along the streets and in specific lots (see map/regulations for specific areas). The cost for this plan is $250 per year and can be payroll deducted. New employees may have to pay a couple of months in advance before parking payroll deductions can be started. B plan permit holders may park in A or X lots within the student zones.

C PLAN This plan provides guaranteed reserved parking in a specific lot. These areas are primarily in gated lots but not exclusively. The charge for this parking plan is $500 year and can be payroll deducted. New employees may have to pay a couple of months in advance before parking payroll deductions can be started. Assignment to C parking lots is by first-come, first-served from a waiting list. Individuals wanting C parking can put their name on the waiting list by coming to the parking office and completing the waiting list form. C plan permit holders may park in A or X lots in student zones.

 

A gate device is needed with the B or C plan and requires a $30 deposit (only if the employee is not being payroll deducted). The replacement fee for a device is also $30.
