Welcome to the Cultural Responsiveness and Implementation Science in Psychology (CRISP) Lab website!
I completed my doctoral work in School Psychology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Before coming to LSU in 2013, I worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Association the Center for Behavioral Education and Research in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Connecticut. Throughout my academic career, I have had a keen interest in working to bridge the research-practice gap, with a primary focus in schools and a secondary focus in mental health settings.
