Louisiana Library Association Scholarships

The Louisiana Library Association offers a $3,000 scholarship for a full-time student and a $1,000 scholarship for a part-time student.

National Association Scholarships/Fellowships
A number of national associations and societies award financial assistance to students planning to enroll for the master’s degree in the School of Library & Information Science. Examples of such awards are listed below. Students are urged to compete for these prestigious national awards. Consider applying for as many as possible. Receipt of an award from a national association does not negate eligibility for SLIS awards.
