Dr. Michelynn McKnight was the keynote speaker at the 100th annual meeting of the Dutch Library Association (NVB) Dutch Information Professionals conference in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Her topic was “The Impact of the Agile Information Professional”. Dr. McKnight also lead a four-hour workshop based on her book, The Agile Librarian’s Guide to Thriving in Any Institution.
