- Residence halls or East and West Campus Apartments, report any housekeeping or maintenance need to the lobby desk.
- Edward Gay or Nicholson Apartments, report any problem to the Apartments Office (334-5194) during the day or to your Resident Manager after hours or on weekends. Weekend pager numbers are given out in the monthly newsletter in case a resident needs to get in touch with a resident manager for a maintenance emergency. The Desk Assistant or other staff will record your request in our computer maintenance management system (Maximo) and report it to the appropriate member of our maintenance team for response.
You can expect a response to an emergency within minutes, while routine requests could be a couple of days. Our custodial and maintenance staff are committed to maintaining your hall, room, or apartment to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort for those who live and work in our facilities.
- Report problems to the Residential Life Computing Support Desk at 578-0560 or e-mail Res Life at email@example.com. The user should give his/her name, phone number, the building and room where the computer is located, and a detailed description of the problem.
- If, after a reasonable length of time, there has been no response or if the problem continues to persist, the user may call The Computer Analyst in 310 at 578-5397.
