A major part of the college application process is figuring out where to live. Residential Life offers tours of on-campus housing options at 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, from the lobby of Grace King Hall to give you a sneak peak of what living on campus is like. Check the tour page for details on dates and times.
Friendly and energetic student tour guides take groups through the residence halls’ common spaces and even into students’ rooms. Seeing the halls is one great part of the tour, but another valuable part of the tour is talking to the student tour guides about their on-campus experience.
Student tour guide Ashleigh often tells her tours, “Living on campus was the best decision I made my first year at LSU; I met so many great people, and I can’t wait to help new students find their new home at LSU.” Get to know Ashleigh and the other Res Life tour guides here.
While planning a trip to visit LSU make sure to put Residential Life tours on your list of things to do. Can’t make it to campus? Be sure to view photos, virtual tours, and more at www.lsu.edu/housing.
The Department of Residential Life is committed to the academic success and personal growth of the campus community. With higher GPAs than students living off campus, our on-campus residents have access to world-class facilities and scholars at their doorsteps.
