Join us Friday, May 13, for a graduation reception to honor the LSU Online Spring 2016 graduates.
Financial Aid LSU administers all Title IV federal programs which are based on a student’s demonstrated financial need. Funds received from the federal programs help students cover school expenses, including tuition and fees, room and board, books and supplies, and transportation. All such programs are subject to regulations authorized by the United States Department of Education, as well as university policies consistent with these federal regulations and are subject to change. Detailed information on these programs can be found at http://www.lsu.edu/financialaid/.
All tuition and fees must be paid prior to the start of each module. Due to the condensed and accelerated nature of the LSU Online 7-week course modules, deferred payment is not an option. If you have any questions related to your payment, please contact Bursar Operations at firstname.lastname@example.org or 225-578-3357.
Student Complaints and Appeals Process
For students completing distance education or online courses or programs, complaints go first through the institution’s standard procedure for resolution of student grievances. You can find a description of this standard process in the Grade Appeals section of the General Catalog. If a student is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process, the complaint may then be brought to the responsible state portal agency in the home state.
