Resource	Core Responsibilities
Project Steering Committee	Provide project direction and issue resolution as needed.
Project Sponsor	Provide leadership and guidance for the overall project and ensure decisions align with overarching client vision and strategy. This resource also provides issue resolution as needed.
Project Manager	Responsible for monitoring progress of the overall implementation project and will facilitate resolution for issues and escalate issues accordingly.
Purchasing Subject Matter Expert and Key Stakeholder	Provide specialized knowledge on client purchasing processes and offer points of view from a procurement operations perspective. Will also provide input to solution design/configuration and business processes.
Supplier Enablement Lead	Responsible for facilitating and managing supplier enablements, catalog creation/configuration and supplier outreach.
Vendor Master Lead	Lead the vendor master clean-up effort to ensure proper vendor data will be provided to LSU GeauxShop.
Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expert and Key Stakeholder	Provide specialized knowledge on client accounts payable processes and offer points of view from a procurement operations perspective. Will also provide input to solution design/configuration and business processes.
Business Analyst Lead	Function as liaison between functional resources and IT organization for specification development, etc. and provide input into solution design/configuration.
System Administrator(s)	Provide input into solution design and configuration. Document business and technical specifications, configure and maintain LSU GeauxShop.
IT Functions	Ensure technical validity of LSU GeauxShop solutions and work with SciQuest on design and configuration integrations with the Legacy financial systems.
Change Management Lead	Determine approach, develop plan, and oversee the execution of change management efforts including business process transformation, communications, and training.
Communication Lead	Lead the communication work stream as a part of the overall change management plan. Responsible for developing key messages and communications to campus regarding LSU GeauxShop.
Training Lead	Develop training approach and materials for client end users. This resource will also lead training delivery across the University.
Trainers	Responsible for training end users on LSU GeauxShop.
Business Process Key Stakeholder	Responsible for identifying and supporting business process transformation opportunities and needs.
Campus Key Stakeholders	Provide insight and feedback from a departmental viewpoint throughout the design and build phases of the project. They will also support testing and change management efforts throughout the project.
