Schools Attending District Rally
Schools participating in District Rallies must compete in the literary and open events (if offered) by their home district. Schools may compete in open events offered by other districts as long as those open events are not offered by their home district. Schools must notify their home district prior to registering for open events at another district.
District Qualification Quotas
The number of qualifiers from the various District Rallies that are eligible to compete in State Rally will be determined by the following:
