Does LSU Have a Program for You?

Students who do not yet have a University degree and wish to study full time to earn a Bachelor’s degree. LSU offers a wide variety of undergraduate programs that are ranked among the top in the country. An undergraduate program will last four years on average, granting the student a Bachelor’s degree upon completion. All programs are organized by colleges and schools.

The ELOP teaches intensive English as a second language to international students for academic, professional, and personal purposes. The English Language and Orientation Program (ELOP) at Louisiana State University is one of the oldest and most highly respected English language programs in the U.S.

The ELOP provides five Eight-Week Basic Courses per year, with levels ranging from elementary to advanced.  The program also offers a variety of electives.

The English Language and Orientation Program is a member of UCIEP, AAIEP, NAFSA, and TESOL.
