Scholarship Dates for 2014-2015
May 1, 2014: Deadline to Accept Scholarship Offers
Entering freshmen who receive a scholarship offer must accept their award on myLSU by May 1, or their award will be canceled.
Academic Dates for Fall 2014
Sept. 3, 2014: Last day to drop a class without a “W”
Receiving a “W” can affect a student’s Satisfactory Academic Progress, which must be maintained to receive federal aid. View the entire policy at www.lsu.edu/sap.
Sept. 4, 2014: Last day to add classes
A student’s enrollment as of the last day to add classes will affect their eligibility for federal financial aid programs.
Sept. 12, 2014: 14th Class Day
Students must be enrolled full time through this date to remain eligible for TOPS and certain scholarship and financial aid programs.
Sept. 26, 2014: Last Day of University Refund Period
Students must be enrolled full time through this date in order to retain exemptions and remain eligible for certain scholarship programs.
Dec. 1, 2014: Last day to appeal Satisfactory Academic Progress
No further appeals or additional documentation will be accepted after this date to receive financial aid for the spring 2014 semester.
