The Facilities Design and Development Committee is an advisory committee appointed by the Chancellor and Executive Vice Chancellor. Members include, but are not limited to, representatives of the Faculty and Staff Senates, the Student Government Executive Committee, and one faculty member of civil engineering, architecture and landscape architecture. FD&DC is charged with monitoring and making recommendations regarding the physical development of the campus in accordance with the University’s Master Plan. Policy Statement 23 details the work and procedures for the FD&DC. The committee also makes recommendations for projects listed on the Five Year Capital Outlay Plan and their priority order.
