The CxC University-Wide Faculty and Staff Advisory Council acts as a consultative body and to advise the CxC Director, Provost, and Vice Provost of Academic Affairs about policies and processes pertaining to the LSU Communication across the Curriculum program. This includes initiatives such as faculty development; assessment of student learning, faculty teaching, and the overall CxC program; and student workshops and coaching programs. The Council consists of faculty and staff members from a across the university, all of whom believe effective communication skills are critical to students’ success in and out of the classroom.
