What is your best college leadership experience?
I had the honor of serving as my sorority’s recruitment chair for two years. During that time, my chapter worked together to increase membership by 32% and we were named Most Improved Chapter by our national team. This opportunity taught me a great deal about who I am as a leader and that my greatest strength is maximizing the talents of others through challenge and support. I am proud to be a member of Phi Mu Fraternity.
